A leading organization in the Oil & Energy and Aerospace sector is seeking an experienced Manufacturing Quality Manager for an on-site role in Knoxville, TN. 

**Role Overview:**

The Manufacturing Quality Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining a quality assurance program that complies with ASME NQA-1 requirements. This position oversees quality personnel, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives to ensure product quality and regulatory compliance.

**Key Requirements:**

* Minimum 7 years of experience in Quality Assurance (Mid-Senior level).

* Strong expertise with ASME NQA-1, Nuclear, or Aerospace quality standards.

* Experience as a Lead Auditor or Certified Quality Manager is highly preferred.

* Bachelor's degree required.

* Must be eligible to work in the US without visa sponsorship.
