Work Schedule: Mon–Fri: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Standard business hours; home for dinner by 5:30 PM; only 1 tech on call at a time)

Compensation & Financials: Top hourly/salary market pay in the highest-paying trade specialty (weekly pay) + Annual Profit Sharing ($1–$4/hr per employee tenure) + Christmas Bonus

Position Summary:

ComAir is seeking an Industrial Controls Specialist to join our dedicated, fully in-house controls division. In this role, you will advance within the trade's highest-paying specialty by designing, programming, and commissioning Direct Digital Control (DDC) building automation systems (BAS) across specialized commercial and industrial customer sites.

Key Responsibilities:

• Program and commission DDC building automation systems within our dedicated fully in-house controls division.

• Design and integrate building automation systems (BAS) and controls for commercial chillers, industrial cooling, boilers, and complex mechanical equipment.

• Work on controls programming and BAS integration in easily accessible industrial facilities, manufacturing plants, and heavy mechanical rooms.

• Operate a modern, late-model company service van equipped with digital iPad dispatch.

• Focus purely on technical craftsmanship and customer solutions with zero sales quotas.

• Participate in weekly paid technical training and ongoing career advancement at our Greenville headquarters.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Experience programming, commissioning, or troubleshooting DDC building automation systems and controls.

• Strong background in commercial/industrial HVAC systems, chillers, boilers, or electrical controls.

• High-integrity craftsmanship and a team-first mindset focused on shared positive outcomes.
