Job Details

• Position: Controls Building Intelligent Specialist
• Location: Colorado Springs, CO

Responsibilities:

• Program, test, and commission Building Automation Systems (BAS) across various platforms, with a focus on Tridium Niagara
• Perform integrations of legacy systems into modern control architectures
• Develop and implement analytics and optimization strategies for building performance
• Diagnose and troubleshoot system faults and performance issues in the field
• Coordinate with the BAS team to enhance system reliability and customer satisfaction
• Calibrate sensors, devices, and perform functional testing of field-installed equipment
• Lead, mentor, and provide technical guidance to junior technicians
• Review project requirements, interpret control sequences, and execute efficient programming strategies

What you bring:

• Senior-level experience in BAS or Controls Systems roles
• Niagara certification required
• Extensive knowledge of HVAC and control system integration
• Hands-on experience with Tridium, Distech, JCI, Siemens, or Honeywell BAS platforms
• Excellent troubleshooting skills with a proactive and team-oriented mindset
