Job Details

• Position: Controls Field Engineer/Technician
• Location: Springfield, MO

Responsibilities:

• Install, program, and commission control systems in commercial environments
• Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, piping schematics, and specifications
• Diagnose and troubleshoot BAS systems using hand tools and testing instruments
• Rewrite or adjust sequences to improve building automation functionality
• Document job site activities and maintain clear service records
• Ensure projects are completed on time and meet quality standards
• Provide excellent customer service and technical support to clients

What you bring:

• Prior experience as a Controls Field Engineer, Technician, or similar role
• Solid knowledge of BAS systems and system architecture
• Hands-on experience with programming and troubleshooting BAS solutions
• Strong understanding of electrical and mechanical systems
• Reliable, self-motivated, and willing to travel to local client sites (travel < 20%)
