Job Details

• Position: Security Foreman
• Location: San Diego, CA

Responsibilities:

• Lead the installation of security systems including CCTV, Access Control, and intrusion systems in commercial environments
• Supervise a team of technicians, ensuring quality workmanship and adherence to deadlines
• Serve as the primary point of contact for project managers, contractors, and clients throughout the project lifecycle
• Develop and identify installation best practices based on site conditions and system requirements
• Conduct advanced system programming and troubleshoot complex alarm/security system issues
• Ensure that all job documentation is completed accurately and on time
• Oversee site safety, technician coordination, and provide hands-on technical guidance
• Resolve service tickets efficiently to maintain high customer satisfaction

What you bring:

• Prior experience as a Security Foreman or lead technician in low-voltage system installations
• Strong technical understanding of security alarm systems, CCTV, and access control integration
• Ability to manage teams and lead installations in active commercial environments
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Willingness to travel locally within San Diego County
