Position Details:

• Title: Controls Service Technician
• Location: Denver, CO
• Hourly Rate: $36.00 – $45.00/hr (DOE)
• Overtime: Available
• Schedule: Regular hours with on-call rotation
• Vehicle: Company vehicle with gas card and maintenance included

Responsibilities:

• Install, program, and commission BAS systems across various client sites
• Diagnose and resolve issues with existing pneumatic and electronic systems
• Reprogram and optimize sequences for improved system efficiency
• Perform point-to-point checkouts and system testing
• Troubleshoot BAS communications including BACnet, Modbus, and LON
• Coordinate with subcontractors and cross-trade teams on active job sites
• Maintain accurate service documentation and commissioning reports
• Support customer training and post-install support activities

Qualifications:

• Experience in a Controls or BAS Service Technician role
• Strong knowledge of Tridium and Niagara N4 (certification preferred)
• Familiar with BAS systems including Tridium, JCI, Distech, and Honeywell
• Working knowledge of control system circuitry, inputs/outputs, and field devices
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills
