Position Details:
- Title: Controls Service Technician
- Location: Denver, CO
- Hourly Rate: $36.00 – $45.00/hr (DOE)
- Overtime: Available
- Schedule: Regular hours with on-call rotation
- Vehicle: Company vehicle with gas card and maintenance included

Responsibilities:
- Install, program, and commission BAS systems across various client sites
- Diagnose and resolve issues with existing pneumatic and electronic systems
- Reprogram and optimize sequences for improved system efficiency
- Perform point-to-point checkouts and system testing
- Troubleshoot BAS communications including BACnet, Modbus, and LON
- Coordinate with subcontractors and cross-trade teams on active job sites
- Maintain accurate service documentation and commissioning reports
- Support customer training and post-install support activities
Qualifications:
- Experience in a Controls or BAS Service Technician role
- Strong knowledge of Tridium and Niagara N4 (certification preferred)
- Familiar with BAS systems including Tridium, JCI, Distech, and Honeywell
- Working knowledge of control system circuitry, inputs/outputs, and field devices
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills
