Fire Service Technician II – Los Angeles Area – Excellent Benefits + Company Vehicle

Opportunity Overview:

An established and respected fire life safety integrator is seeking an experienced Fire Service Technician II to join their Los Angeles team. This role offers a chance to work with cutting-edge fire alarm technology and service a variety of commercial and institutional clients throughout the LA area.

Position Summary:

This role is responsible for servicing and maintaining fire alarm systems, performing diagnostics, and providing exceptional customer support. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in programming, troubleshooting, and completing small project installations, ideally with experience on Edwards EST3 systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform maintenance and service of fire alarm and life safety systems
• Troubleshoot, repair, and program systems and components
• Set up monitoring accounts and complete small-scale installations
• Plan and manage daily schedules based on work orders
• Enter detailed and accurate documentation into CRM systems
• Communicate with internal teams and customers regarding service status and technical support
• Provide basic customer training when needed

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a Fire Service Technician or similar role
• Hands-on experience with Edwards EST3 systems (highly preferred)
• Strong technical skills and diagnostic abilities
• Ability to manage service tickets and documentation efficiently
• Clean background and ability to pass a drug screen
