We are hiring a BAS Controls Sales Representative to serve the San Francisco–San Jose metro. This role focuses on Controls Retrofit Projects and Service Agreements. You will receive an existing book of BAS accounts and a list of Mechanical clients to pitch building automation solutions to.

Position Highlights:

• Title: BAS Controls Sales (Projects & Service)
• Territory: Bay Area (San Francisco–San Jose)
• Client Base: Inherited accounts + new business development

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and close Building Automation (BAS) Retrofit Projects and Preventative Maintenance Contracts
• Visit clients, build trust-based relationships, and identify add-on opportunities
• Leverage an existing mechanical client base to introduce BAS solutions
• Track backlog and manage deal execution through project handoff
• Collaborate with service teams to ensure project success and client satisfaction
• Ability to sell both Controls and Mechanical scopes of work
• Option to grow into managing a future Service Sales team

Ideal Candidate:

• Experienced BAS Controls Sales Professional
• Technical aptitude in Tridium Niagara, Distech, or Linux/RedHat-based systems
• Customer-facing and goal-driven
• Understands retrofit project execution and recurring maintenance programs

Offered Compensation & Perks:

• Base Salary: $90,000 – $160,000 (based on experience)
• Commission: Uncapped earning potential
