We're seeking a skilled Sr. Service Technician with experience in security, CCTV, access control, and alarm systems. This is a full-time, local role ideal for a technician who thrives in hands-on environments and wants to join a team that values technical precision and customer service excellence.

Position Details:

• Title: Sr. Service Technician
• Location: Baltimore, MD
• Salary: $30–$35/hour (Higher DOE)
• Status: Full-Time | Day Shift | Local Travel

Ideal Candidate:

• 5+ years of experience in low-voltage or electronic security systems
• Hands-on experience with access control, CCTV, IP cameras, and alarm systems
• Strong knowledge of basic electronics and electrical practices
• Skilled in system troubleshooting, diagnostics, and service documentation
• Capable of reading blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams
• Effective communicator with the ability to train customers on system use
• US Citizenship required | Must pass background check and drug screen

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, service, and program access control, CCTV, and alarm systems
• Respond to and resolve service calls in a timely manner
• Conduct preventative maintenance and system inspections
• Troubleshoot complex system issues and recommend corrective actions
• Document work performed and maintain accurate service records
• Collaborate with internal teams and support customer training as needed
