$80,000 Base + $165,000 On-Track Earnings – Uncapped Commission + Full Benefits!

We are seeking a high-performing Account Manager to join a rapidly growing commercial security systems integrator based in Walnut Creek. This is a full-time, in-office sales role with massive earnings potential and long-term growth opportunity in the security and low voltage industry.

As an Account Manager, you'll be the face of the company—building relationships with commercial clients across sectors such as IT, education, government, construction, and facilities management. You'll represent state-of-the-art access control, video surveillance, and low voltage systems and be part of a team that thrives on performance and customer satisfaction.

Position Details:

• Title: Account Manager
• Location: Walnut Creek, CA
• Status: Full-Time | In-Office | Mon–Fri, 8 AM–5 PM

Ideal Candidate:

• 2–5+ years of B2B sales experience in low voltage, IT services, or construction
• Knowledge of IP-based systems (security systems, A/V, or IT services preferred)
• Driven, competitive, and team-focused with a proven sales track record
• Coachable and motivated to grow into an expert in the security integration industry
• Comfortable working with school districts, general contractors, IT directors, and facilities managers

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage relationships with commercial and public-sector clients
• Assist clients with system selection, quoting, and order placement
• Utilize internal CRM and quoting tools to manage project pipelines
• Follow up on all job quotes and ensure customer satisfaction through project completion
• Collaborate with operations and project management to ensure on-time delivery
• Continuously expand industry knowledge and stay informed on evolving security solutions
