Ideal Candidate:
- 5+ years of experience in building automation system programming
- Niagara N4 Certification required
- Hands-on field experience highly valued
- Proficient with JCI Facility Explorer, Tridium, and/or Metasys platforms
- Strong communicator with the ability to lead and collaborate on technical project execution
Key Responsibilities:
- Create, design, and manage BAS system architecture and sequences of operations
- Program and modify BAS applications, including Tridium graphical front ends
- Conduct site visits, job walks, and scope reviews with clients
- Develop detailed automation system submittals and documentation
- Support controls installation and perform point-to-point commissioning
- Provide on-site and remote support for troubleshooting and system optimization
- Coordinate with general contractors, building owners, and end users
