Project Manager – Madison, WI

Competitive Salary $90,000 - $120,000 + Bonus Eligible + Excellent Benefits Package!

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Project Manager to lead building automation projects for a well-established and growing BAS manufacturer’s rep firm. With a strong reputation and a portfolio of high-profile clients including Epic Systems, this firm is looking for a detail-oriented leader to help execute energy-efficient and sustainable solutions across Wisconsin.

Position Details:

• Title: Project Manager
• Location: Madison, WI
• Status: Full-Time | Bonus Eligible | Overtime Eligible
• Travel: Local territory – rare overnight travel

Ideal Candidate:

• Experience managing building automation or mechanical system projects
• Strong skills in financial forecasting, scheduling, budgeting, and project execution
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver on-time, under budget
• Comfortable managing subcontractors, site visits, and internal field teams
• Hands-on experience reviewing scopes, POs, and contracts
• Strong organizational and leadership skills to guide labor force and project resources
• Proficient in RFI creation, change order processing, and project closeout documentation

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the execution and completion of BAS projects
• Conduct pre-bid reviews in collaboration with the sales team
• Manage field resources, subcontractors, schedules, and equipment logistics
• Track project milestones, deliverables, and documentation
• Maintain project budgets and create financial forecasts
• Act as the central point of communication between clients, contractors, and team members
• Visit job sites to ensure successful progress and resolution of issues
• Assist with contract review and ensure all project documentation aligns with scope
