We’re seeking a skilled Journeyman Electrician to support the installation and commissioning of advanced building automation systems in commercial and industrial facilities. This opportunity is ideal for electricians looking to grow with a long-established, reputable firm serving Wisconsin clients in energy-efficient retrofit and new construction projects.
Position Details:
- Title: Journeyman Electrician
- Location: North Fond du Lac, WI
- Status: Full-Time | Eligible for Overtime
- Territory: Projects within a 70–80 mile radius of North Fond du Lac
Ideal Candidate:
- 3–5+ years of relevant electrical installation experience
- State Journeyman License preferred (not required)
- Experience installing, bending conduit, and pulling wire
- Comfortable building and terminating control panels
- Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose electrical systems
- Familiarity with control systems and electrical schematics
- Ability to supervise installation teams and mentor apprentices
- Participate in system commissioning and site meetings
Key Responsibilities:
- Install building automation systems for HVAC, lighting, and energy control
- Lead onsite teams and provide training to apprentices
- Attend construction, turnover, and project close-out meetings
- Collaborate with building operators, contractors, and consultants
- Interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and project specifications
Compensation & Benefits:
- Hourly Rate: $30.00 – $45.00/hour (DOE)
