We’re seeking a skilled Journeyman Electrician to support the installation and commissioning of advanced building automation systems in commercial and industrial facilities. This opportunity is ideal for electricians looking to grow with a long-established, reputable firm serving Wisconsin clients in energy-efficient retrofit and new construction projects.

Position Details:

• Title: Journeyman Electrician
• Location: North Fond du Lac, WI
• Status: Full-Time | Eligible for Overtime
• Territory: Projects within a 70–80 mile radius of North Fond du Lac

Ideal Candidate:

• 3–5+ years of relevant electrical installation experience
• State Journeyman License preferred (not required)
• Experience installing, bending conduit, and pulling wire
• Comfortable building and terminating control panels
• Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose electrical systems
• Familiarity with control systems and electrical schematics
• Ability to supervise installation teams and mentor apprentices
• Participate in system commissioning and site meetings

Key Responsibilities:

• Install building automation systems for HVAC, lighting, and energy control
• Lead onsite teams and provide training to apprentices
• Attend construction, turnover, and project close-out meetings
• Collaborate with building operators, contractors, and consultants
• Interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and project specifications

Compensation & Benefits:

• Hourly Rate: $30.00 – $45.00/hour (DOE)
