We’re seeking a highly skilled BAS Integrator to lead the programming, commissioning, and integration of HVAC and building automation systems across various facility environments. Position Details:

• Title: BAS Integrator
• Location: Franklin, TN (Greater Nashville Area)
• Salary: $90,000–$100,000 (DOE)
• Status: Full-Time | Field-Based | Territory Travel Required

Ideal Candidate:

• Experience as a BAS Integrator or in a similar controls technician role
• High school diploma required; additional technical training preferred
• Niagara N4 & AX certification or equivalent highly preferred
• Strong understanding of HVAC electrical systems and troubleshooting
• Experience with BACnet MSTP/IP, Modbus, SCADA, and related protocols
• Solid foundation in IT networks and building system interoperability

Key Responsibilities:

• Review project specifications and develop tailored BAS programming strategies
• Program, install, and commission various building automation systems
• Collaborate with project managers and installation teams on site coordination
• Test and verify system functionality and integration across platforms
• Assist with conduit and wiring installation for control systems
• Provide timely and professional communication with clients and team members
• Maintain a high level of safety and adherence to company policies
• Support sub-contractors in understanding project scope and goals

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary: $90,000–$100,000 (DOE)
