Position Details:

Ideal Candidate:
- Experience as a Controls Engineer or in a similar BAS role
- Proficiency with AutoCAD for BAS system design
- Ability to analyze plans, submittals, mechanical specs, and controls drawings
- Knowledge of Siemens, Honeywell, or Tridium systems preferred
- Strong understanding of programming and commissioning processes
- Experience preparing Bill of Materials, ordering parts, and managing project timelines
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to support sales, techs, and project managers
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and manage building automation system layouts and control sequences
- Perform software and hardware engineering for BAS projects
- Commission controls systems and assist in network-level implementation
- Generate and manage Sequence of Operations for construction and retrofit projects
- Visit job sites for job walks and project scoping
- Support field technicians and project teams during implementation
- Coordinate part ordering and delivery with vendors
