This full-time role supports automation projects across commercial, healthcare, higher education, and government sectors. Position Details:

• Title: Controls Engineer

Ideal Candidate:

• Experience as a Controls Engineer or in a similar BAS role
• Proficiency with AutoCAD for BAS system design
• Ability to analyze plans, submittals, mechanical specs, and controls drawings
• Knowledge of Siemens, Honeywell, or Tridium systems preferred
• Strong understanding of programming and commissioning processes
• Experience preparing Bill of Materials, ordering parts, and managing project timelines
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to support sales, techs, and project managers

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and manage building automation system layouts and control sequences
• Perform software and hardware engineering for BAS projects
• Commission controls systems and assist in network-level implementation
• Generate and manage Sequence of Operations for construction and retrofit projects
• Visit job sites for job walks and project scoping
• Support field technicians and project teams during implementation
• Coordinate part ordering and delivery with vendors

• Salary: $88,000–$112,000
