Tridium Programmer – Denver, CO – $40.00–$55.00/hour + OT + Profit Sharing

About the Opportunity:

A well-established HVAC mechanical contractor is seeking an experienced Tridium Programmer to support its growing Building Automation group in the Denver metro. Position Details:

• Title: Tridium Programmer
• Location: Denver, CO (with occasional travel to Fort Collins, Colorado Springs, and mountain regions)
• Work Schedule: 50% Field / 50% Office
• Status: Full-Time

Ideal Candidate:

• 2+ years of continuous hands-on experience with Tridium Niagara (N4, AX, or R2)
• Tridium Certification – preferred
• Ability to program, integrate, and troubleshoot building automation systems independently
• Strong documentation and commissioning skills
• Comfortable managing their own projects and working with both controls managers and engineers

Key Responsibilities:

• Program and configure Tridium Niagara-based BAS systems
• Integrate 3rd-party systems via BACnet, Modbus, etc.
• Document as-built conditions and improve existing sequences of operations (SOOs)
• Supervise and support installation and startup activities
• Commission new and retrofit systems in commercial facilities
• Collaborate with internal teams and occasionally assist in installation

Compensation & Benefits:

• Hourly Rate: $40.00 – $55.00 (DOE) + Overtime
