Position Details:

• Title: Fire Alarm Technician
• Location: Dallas, TX
• License: FAL (Fire Alarm License) Required
• Status: Full-Time | Overtime Eligible
• Travel: Local Dallas Territory

Key Responsibilities:

• Service and maintain fire alarm systems for various commercial and industrial clients
• Troubleshoot and resolve system faults and technical issues
• Perform programming, maintenance, and small project installations
• Set up monitoring accounts and ensure proper system integration
• Document all service activities accurately and promptly
• Provide technical support and assist in customer training as needed
• Communicate effectively with internal teams and external customers

Ideal Candidate:

• 2+ years of experience as a Fire Alarm Technician or in a related role
• Current Texas Fire Alarm License (FAL) – Required
• Hands-on experience with fire alarm systems troubleshooting and repair
• Strong knowledge of industry codes and system programming
• Comfortable working independently in the field
