Position Details:
- Title: Fire Alarm Technician
- Location: Dallas, TX
- License: FAL (Fire Alarm License) Required
- Status: Full-Time | Overtime Eligible
- Travel: Local Dallas Territory
Key Responsibilities:
- Service and maintain fire alarm systems for various commercial and industrial clients
- Troubleshoot and resolve system faults and technical issues
- Perform programming, maintenance, and small project installations
- Set up monitoring accounts and ensure proper system integration
- Document all service activities accurately and promptly
- Provide technical support and assist in customer training as needed
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and external customers
Ideal Candidate:
- 2+ years of experience as a Fire Alarm Technician or in a related role
- Current Texas Fire Alarm License (FAL) – Required
- Hands-on experience with fire alarm systems troubleshooting and repair
- Strong knowledge of industry codes and system programming
- Comfortable working independently in the field
