Position Details:
- Title: Applications Engineer

- Status: Full-Time | Office + Field Visits
Ideal Candidate:
- Experience as an Applications Engineer or in a similar controls engineering role
- Skilled in designing BAS architecture using AutoCAD or MS Visio
- Experience programming and modifying Tridium front-end graphical interfaces
- Capable of developing Sequences of Operation and Bills of Materials
- Strong coordination and procurement skills for parts and vendor communication
- Excellent troubleshooting skills and basic programming knowledge
- Comfortable conducting job walks and client site visits to determine needs
- Team-oriented with the ability to support technicians, programmers, and sales teams
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and manage BAS system layouts and documentation
- Create and program Tridium-based user interfaces and applications
- Generate project-specific SOOs, BOMs, and detailed submittal packages
- Order parts, coordinate vendor delivery, and support field installation teams
- Perform customer site visits for project scoping and walk-throughs
- Ensure that project designs are delivered accurately and on time
- Provide engineering support to internal technical and sales teams
Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary: Up to $100,000 (Hourly)
