Position Details:

• Title: Applications Engineer
• Location: Knoxville, TN
• Status: Full-Time | Office + Field Visits

Ideal Candidate:

• Experience as an Applications Engineer or in a similar controls engineering role
• Skilled in designing BAS architecture using AutoCAD or MS Visio
• Experience programming and modifying Tridium front-end graphical interfaces
• Capable of developing Sequences of Operation and Bills of Materials
• Strong coordination and procurement skills for parts and vendor communication
• Excellent troubleshooting skills and basic programming knowledge
• Comfortable conducting job walks and client site visits to determine needs
• Team-oriented with the ability to support technicians, programmers, and sales teams

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and manage BAS system layouts and documentation
• Create and program Tridium-based user interfaces and applications
• Generate project-specific SOOs, BOMs, and detailed submittal packages
• Order parts, coordinate vendor delivery, and support field installation teams
• Perform customer site visits for project scoping and walk-throughs
• Ensure that project designs are delivered accurately and on time
• Provide engineering support to internal technical and sales teams

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary: Up to $100,000 (Hourly)
