About the Opportunity:

A well-established HVAC Mechanical & BAS Controls contractor is hiring a BAS Outside Sales / Account Manager to join their growing team in Atlanta, GA. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with controls or mechanical sales experience who wants to manage existing accounts while building new client relationships across metro Atlanta.

Position Details:

• Title: BAS Outside Sales / Account Manager
• Location: Atlanta, GA
• Compensation: $85,000–$95,000 base + commission

Responsibilities:

• Drive new business development while managing existing accounts
• Sell a mix of project work and service agreements including retrofits, pneumatic upgrades, parts, and maintenance contracts
• Meet with customers on-site 3–4 days per week; 1–2 days in office or remote for prospecting and sales operations
• Grow revenue from a base of active clients and warm leads
• Work independently and collaboratively to prospect new clients and reactivate dormant accounts
• Estimate owner-direct jobs (in coordination with internal estimators)

Ideal Candidate:

• Experience in outside sales within BAS Controls, HVAC, or Energy Services
• Background in controls contracting, mechanical services, performance contracting, or related fields
• Excellent communication, client engagement, and relationship-building skills
• Driven and organized with a customer-first mindset
