Compensation & Benefits:

• Hourly Pay: $30.00 – $48.00/hr (Based on Experience)

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, test, and commission building automation systems
• Troubleshoot BAS controls and perform point-to-point checkout
• Write custom BAS programs and modify existing code from library packages
• Collaborate with installation teams during equipment startup and commissioning
• Pull wire and bend conduit as needed for system installations
• Communicate clearly with building owners, end users, and contractors
• Work efficiently both independently and as part of a team

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a Controls Technician or similar role
• Proficiency in troubleshooting BAS systems
• Tridium experience required; Tridium N4 Certification is a plus
• Understanding of commissioning protocols and control sequences
