Compensation & Benefits:
- Hourly Pay: $30.00 – $48.00/hr (Based on Experience)

Key Responsibilities:
- Install, test, and commission building automation systems
- Troubleshoot BAS controls and perform point-to-point checkout
- Write custom BAS programs and modify existing code from library packages
- Collaborate with installation teams during equipment startup and commissioning
- Pull wire and bend conduit as needed for system installations
- Communicate clearly with building owners, end users, and contractors
- Work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Controls Technician or similar role
- Proficiency in troubleshooting BAS systems
- Tridium experience required; Tridium N4 Certification is a plus
- Understanding of commissioning protocols and control sequences
