Compensation & Benefits:

• Hourly Pay: $30.00 – $48.00/hr (Based on Experience)

Key Responsibilities:

• Install and test building automation systems (BAS)
• Troubleshoot and optimize existing BAS controls
• Perform point-to-point commissioning and system validation
• Write BAS programs from scratch and use pre-packaged libraries
• Collaborate with installation teams on equipment startup and programming
• Pull wire and bend conduit during installations as needed
• Communicate effectively with building owners, contractors, and end users
• Work both independently and in a team environment

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a Controls Technician or related position
• Strong understanding of BAS systems and commissioning protocols
• Hands-on experience with Tridium systems required; N4 Certification a plus
