Compensation & Benefits:
- Hourly Pay: $30.00 – $48.00/hr (Based on Experience)

Key Responsibilities:
- Install and test building automation systems (BAS)
- Troubleshoot and optimize existing BAS controls
- Perform point-to-point commissioning and system validation
- Write BAS programs from scratch and use pre-packaged libraries
- Collaborate with installation teams on equipment startup and programming
- Pull wire and bend conduit during installations as needed
- Communicate effectively with building owners, contractors, and end users
- Work both independently and in a team environment
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Controls Technician or related position
- Strong understanding of BAS systems and commissioning protocols
- Hands-on experience with Tridium systems required; N4 Certification a plus
