BAS Controls Technician – $85K–$110K + 10% Bonus – Denver, CO (25% Local / 75% Travel)
About the Opportunity:
A well-established provider of HVAC, Controls, and Data Center Solutions is seeking a skilled BAS Controls Technician based in the Denver, CO area. This position involves a blend of local work (25%) and frequent travel (up to 75%) to key markets such as Ashburn, VA; Atlanta, GA; New York, NY; Minneapolis, MN; San Diego, CA; and others.

Position Details:
- Title: BAS Controls Technician
- Location: Denver, CO (25% Local)
- Travel: Up to 75% to project sites across major U.S. cities
Key Responsibilities:
- Commission and troubleshoot Tridium/Niagara controllers
- Service both open and proprietary building control systems
- Perform point-to-point device checkout and system verification
- Integrate communication protocols: Modbus, TCP/IP, BACnet
- Install DDC controllers, sensors, relays, and control panels
- Build and wire low voltage control panels and field devices
- Terminate, label, and organize low-voltage cabling
- Calibrate sensors and actuators to ensure operational accuracy
- Document commissioning steps and log test results daily
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base Salary: $85,000 – $110,000 (Based on Experience)
- Bonus: 10% Annual Bonus
