Controls Service Technician – Bellevue/Seattle, WA – HVAC & Controls – Up to $45/hr + Benefits

About the Opportunity:

A well-established HVAC and Controls solutions provider in the Pacific Northwest is hiring a Controls Service Technician for its Bellevue/Seattle, WA operations. This role offers competitive pay, no mandatory on-call, and a collaborative environment with growth opportunities.

Position:

• Controls Service Technician – HVAC & Building Automation Systems

Compensation & Benefits:

• Hourly Pay: $35–$45/hr (DOE) + Overtime

Responsibilities:

• Install, troubleshoot, diagnose, maintain, and repair HVAC control systems and equipment
• Program control systems from scratch and rewrite sequences as needed
• Perform commissioning protocols and point-to-point checkouts
• Test equipment onsite or remotely
• Conduct preventative maintenance, replacements, and modifications
• Ensure software and security updates are implemented
• Work closely with building owners, contractors, and internal teams

Ideal Candidates:

We’re looking for motivated professionals with:

• Prior experience as a Controls Service Technician or similar role
• Hands-on expertise with HVAC control systems and BAS equipment
• Proficiency in Tridium/Niagara systems (required)
• Ability to program controls, troubleshoot systems, and interpret schematics
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Willingness to join the union if required (initially non-union role)
