Responsibilities:
- Lead BAS initiatives across high-profile Data Center builds
- Serve as main liaison between clients and internal controls teams
- Ensure successful execution of project scope and milestone timelines
- Oversee subcontractor performance and resource scheduling
- Handle RFIs, change orders, and construction documentation
- Manage project budgets and financial planning
- Conduct regular project site visits
- Coordinate project scheduling and procurement of equipment
- Join weekly planning meetings to align cross-functional teams
- Build strong working relationships with client stakeholders
- Lead technical staff during installation and commissioning phases
