Responsibilities:

• Lead BAS initiatives across high-profile Data Center builds
• Serve as main liaison between clients and internal controls teams
• Ensure successful execution of project scope and milestone timelines
• Oversee subcontractor performance and resource scheduling
• Handle RFIs, change orders, and construction documentation
• Manage project budgets and financial planning
• Conduct regular project site visits
• Coordinate project scheduling and procurement of equipment
• Join weekly planning meetings to align cross-functional teams
• Build strong working relationships with client stakeholders
• Lead technical staff during installation and commissioning phases
