• Title: Controls Project Manager – Smart Building Controls
• Location: Minnetonka, MN (Hybrid: 4 days in-office, 1 day remote)
• Compensation: $90,000 – $125,000 (DOE)
• Schedule: Primarily on-site with limited travel (up to 10%)

Responsibilities:

• Lead controls projects from kickoff through close-out, ensuring quality and profitability.
• Manage budgets, schedules, labor resources, and project documentation.
• Coordinate efforts across engineers, subcontractors, vendors, and client stakeholders.
• Oversee purchasing, logistics, and installations for multiple ongoing projects.
• Track change orders, financial performance, and project profitability metrics.
• Support client calls, issue resolution, and handoff to service teams.
• Ensure projects meet timelines, scope, and high-quality standards.

Ideal Candidate:

• Background in BAS, HVAC systems, or smart building controls.
• Experience in construction management and project financials.
• Proven leadership and client-facing communication skills.
• Familiarity with project management tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or Construction Management (preferred).
