This is for a leading fire life safety and security integrator that has been established in Southern California for 40+ years. They are highly reputable in the healthcare, commercial, education, industrial, government, and multi-tenant markets and are looking for a hands-on foreman with strong experience in fire alarm installation and programming.
This role includes a company vehicle and gas card and will support multiple healthcare facilities throughout the region.
Position
- Title: Healthcare Foreman
- Location: Inland Empire & Los Angeles, CA (travel throughout Southern California)
- Focus: Fire alarm installation, programming, and healthcare low-voltage systems

- Schedule: Must be able to work weekends, nights, split shifts, and rotating shifts as needed to support healthcare facilities
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the on-site Healthcare Foreman overseeing installation teams for fire life safety, security, and nurse call systems in healthcare environments
- Supervise on-site field teams to ensure efficient, on-schedule installation of all project components
- Maintain thorough and accurate project documentation, including updated work plans, progress tracking, and detailed project closeout reports
- Program, test, and troubleshoot fire alarm, security, and nurse call systems
- Ensure all work complies with safety standards, healthcare regulations, and company best practices
- Apply expert knowledge of systems such as EST3 (Edwards), Lenel, Ascom, and related fire life safety and security platforms
- Lead and support final inspections and walk-throughs with customers, confirming compliance with code and contract requirements
- Train and mentor technicians on installation methods, industry standards, and system-specific procedures to improve team performance
- Coordinate closely with project managers, third-party contractors, and clients to keep projects aligned with scope, budget, and schedule
