A well-established commercial and industrial HVAC & Building Automation solutions provider is seeking an experienced
BAS Controls Technician to join their growing team in the Greater Cleveland area. This role focuses on BAS troubleshooting, programming support, commissioning activities, and assisting with system start-up and graphics/server setup across a variety of facility types.

- Salary: $65,000 – $90,000 (depending on experience)

Key Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot, service, and support Building Automation Systems (BAS)
- Install, test, and assist with commissioning building automation systems
- Make system database changes and load software onto programmable controllers
- Perform point-to-point checkout and support commissioning protocols
- Support control system start-up and termination of field equipment
- Troubleshoot and adjust existing BAS programs and sequences
- Create and update BAS front-end graphics
- Assist in setting up servers and downloading front-end software
- Communicate clearly with building owners, end users, GCs, and internal teams
- Collaborate effectively in a team environment
Ideal Candidate:
- Experience as a BAS Controls Technician or similar controls field role
- Strong troubleshooting experience with BAS/DDC systems
- Understanding of installation practices for conduit, wiring, sensors, and controllers
- Familiarity with programming and modifying sequences (pre-packaged libraries)
- Ability to create front-end graphics and support system interface setup
- Excellent communication and customer-facing skills
- Ability to manage tasks independently while working within a team
