Position Details:

• Title: Senior BAS Controls Specialist

• Status: Full-Time | Field-Based

Ideal Candidate:

• Strong knowledge of BAS, HVAC, and electrical controls systems
• Experience in DDC programming and application implementation
• Ability to create BAS databases and graphics
• Skilled in rewriting sequences of operation and troubleshooting control systems
• Experience with preventive maintenance on control systems
• 3rd-party integration experience with BACnet, Modbus, etc.
• Proficient in installation, startup, commissioning, and point-to-point testing
