A respected Tier-1 building automation and technology integration firm is hiring a BAS Controls Project Manager to support large-scale enterprise-level projects in the Atlanta metro area. Position Details:

• Title: Project Manager – BAS Controls
• Location: Atlanta, GA
• Compensation: $100,000–$130,000 Base + 15% Bonus

Responsibilities:

• Oversee BAS controls projects ranging from $50K to $2.5M+
• Manage a portfolio of 15–20 active projects
• Coordinate project teams including Controls Techs, Programmers, and Engineers
• Maintain project scopes, schedules, and milestones
• Conduct client site visits and manage project communications
• Supervise subcontractors and review deliverables
• Estimate additional work and handle RFIs and change orders
• Lead financial forecasting, budgeting, and reporting for each project

Ideal Candidate:

• Experience managing building automation or controls integration projects
• Strong background in client interaction, scheduling, and team coordination
• Comfortable managing multiple large-scale projects concurrently
• Skilled at budgeting, financial tracking, and field coordination

Work Environment:

• Mix of remote work and customer site visits
• Collaboration with technical teams and account managers

• Base Salary: $100,000–$130,000 (DOE)
