BAS Controls Project Manager – Dallas, TX – $100,000–$120,000 + 15% Bonus

About the Opportunity:

A Tier-1 Building Technology company is seeking a BAS Controls Project Manager to oversee construction-phase building automation projects throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth metro area. This is a high-growth opportunity with a nationally recognized technology integrator known for delivering enterprise-level smart building solutions across commercial, infrastructure, and mission-critical environments.

Position Details:

• Title: BAS Controls Project Manager (Construction-Side)
• Location: Dallas-Fort Worth, TX
• Status: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage Building Automation/Controls projects from kickoff through closeout
• Coordinate with Owners, General Contractors, and Mechanical Contractors
• Oversee subcontractors and internal field staff
• Maintain project schedules and ensure milestone delivery
• Track budgets, process RFIs and change orders
• Attend resource planning and coordination meetings
• Perform equipment procurement and logistics coordination
• Direct install team and service technicians as needed
• Regularly visit active job sites across the metro

Ideal Candidate:

• 3–10+ years of experience managing BAS/DDC projects
• Background with a controls contractor or controls manufacturer
• Strong technical understanding of Building Automation Systems
• Preferred: PMP Certification (not required)

Compensation & Benefits:

• Base Salary: $100,000–$120,000 (DOE)
• Bonus: 15% Annual Bonus
