BAS Controls Project Manager – Chicago, IL – $110,000–$130,000 + 15% Bonus

A leading Energy & Automation Solutions company is seeking a BAS Controls Project Manager to join their Chicago-based team. This role offers a hybrid REMOTE-Flex schedule and the opportunity to manage enterprise-level Building Automation projects across commercial buildings, data centers, and infrastructure systems. Position Details:

• Title: BAS Controls Project Manager
• Location: Chicago, IL (Hybrid REMOTE-Flex)
• Status: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee BAS projects ranging from $50,000 to $2.5M+
• Manage a portfolio of 15–20 projects at various stages
• Lead internal teams (Technicians, Programmers, Engineers) and subcontractors
• Ensure project milestones and client expectations are met
• Handle budgeting, forecasting, scheduling, and scope management
• Support RFIs, estimates, and change orders
• Act as the primary liaison between clients and technical teams
• Perform occasional customer site visits

Ideal Candidate:

• Experience managing large-scale BAS or automation projects
• Strong organizational, scheduling, and forecasting skills
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities
• Familiarity with project financials and change management

Compensation & Benefits:

• Base Salary: $110,000–$130,000
• Bonus: 15% Performance-Based Bonus
