Position Details:
- Title: Controls Design Engineer

- Status: Full-Time | Office + Field Visits
Ideal Candidate:
- Experience as a BAS Design Engineer or in a similar role
- Proficient in AutoCAD or MS Visio for system design
- Experience developing and modifying Tridium front-end graphical interfaces
- Ability to develop and interpret Sequence of Operations (SOO)
- Understanding of controls programming and BAS troubleshooting
- Strong technical communication and documentation skills
- Ability to perform job walks and collaborate with internal/external stakeholders
- Familiar with building automation and energy management systems
Key Responsibilities:
- Create, design, and manage BAS architecture from concept through completion
- Develop detailed automation design packages and submittals
- Program graphical user interfaces and assist in configuring control systems
- Ensure timely and efficient delivery of design work for all assigned projects
- Conduct site visits and collaborate with engineering and installation teams
Compensation & Benefits:
- Hourly Rate: $25.00–$40.00/hr. (Based on experience)
