Known for its advanced integration work and high-profile clients including Fortune 500 and government agencies, this mid-sized team is expanding and looking for someone who can contribute to their fast-paced and collaborative environment.

Position Details:

• Title: Controls Estimator
• Location: San Diego, CA
• Salary: $75,000–$100,000 (DOE) + Bonus
• Status: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed project take-offs and cost estimates
• Interpret drawings, specifications, and RFPs/RFQs for scope clarity
• Support the sales team by assisting with bid coordination and proposal writing
• Select appropriate equipment and calculate costs for accurate proposals
• Develop scope of work for BAS/Controls projects

Ideal Candidate:

• Experience in estimating for building automation or controls-related work
• Strong attention to detail and ability to interpret technical documents
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
