• Freeport, NY – Serving NYC, Nassau/Suffolk, and Westchester County

Position:

• Operations Manager – Fire & Security Systems

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary: $100,000–$150,000 DOE

Responsibilities:

• Oversee scheduling and dispatch of field technicians for efficient and timely service
• Plan and lay out new projects, coordinating timelines, resources, and personnel
• Manage routine maintenance, repairs, and execution of new projects
• Work closely with the service coordinator and internal staff to ensure smooth operations
• Serve as the primary contact for clients, engineers, manufacturers, and suppliers
• Source and secure necessary materials and equipment for projects and service work
• Generate accurate and competitive service proposals and estimates
• Monitor daily service department operations, ensuring productivity and quality
• Ensure clear communication and alignment across all project stakeholders
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction

Ideal Candidate:

• 5–10 years of leadership experience in the fire life safety or security industry
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the design and installation of electronic security systems
• Strong understanding of job financials and cost management
• Excellent organizational, communication, and customer service skills
