About the Opportunity:

An established leader in Data Center and Building Automation Solutions is seeking a BAS Controls Specialist (Mid to Senior Level) to support a stationary data center site in Lithia Springs, GA. This is a long-term role with no travel required, offering stability and growth within a mission-critical environment.

• Platform Experience: Any BAS product line welcome – Tridium/Niagara preferred

Compensation & Benefits:

• Base Salary: $85,000 – $135,000 (DOE)
• Bonus: 10%–20% annual performance-based bonus

Key Responsibilities:

• Commission and troubleshoot Tridium/Niagara controllers
• Rewrite control sequences and optimize system performance
• Service both open and proprietary building control systems
• Perform full point-to-point device checkout and verification
• Integrate communication protocols: Modbus, TCP/IP, BACnet
• Install DDC controllers, sensors, relays, and control panels
• Build and wire low-voltage control panels from schematics
• Terminate and label low-voltage cabling precisely
• Calibrate field devices for optimal system accuracy
• Log and document daily commissioning and test results
