A leading Data Center and Building Automation contractor is seeking a BAS Controls Project Manager in Atlanta, GA. This role will manage BAS initiatives across data center and mission-critical projects, ensuring project scope, schedules, and budgets are met. Position Details:

• Compensation: $110K–$160K (DOE) + ~20% Bonus

Responsibilities:

• Oversee BAS initiatives across major data center projects, ensuring project scope and milestones are met.
• Serve as primary liaison between clients, subcontractors, and internal technical teams.
• Supervise subcontractors and manage project schedules and deliverables.
• Handle RFIs, change orders, and maintain accurate project documentation.
• Conduct financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Visit project sites regularly to ensure quality and safety standards.
• Participate in planning meetings to align schedules and resources.
• Manage procurement of BAS equipment to ensure timely delivery.
• Lead installation and service team technicians as required.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key project stakeholders.

Ideal Candidate:

• Experience managing BAS or MEP projects, ideally in data centers or mission-critical facilities.
• Strong understanding of building automation systems and project management best practices.
• Ability to coordinate subcontractors, internal teams, and client stakeholders.
• Proficiency with project documentation, financial tracking, and scheduling tools.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
