- Compensation: $125K–$375K OTE (Base + Commission)

Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop building automation solutions for new and existing clients.
- Conduct site audits and facility performance assessments.
- Create solution scopes aligned with ROI and performance targets.
- Present proposals and strategies to executive decision-makers.
- Manage the full sales cycle, including contract negotiations and closing.
- Build and maintain a pipeline to achieve annual sales targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams to structure deals and ensure delivery.
- Develop and sustain long-term client and stakeholder relationships.
Ideal Candidate:
- Proven track record in BAS, HVAC, or energy solutions sales.
- Strong knowledge of building automation, data centers, or mechanical systems.
- Ability to present ROI-driven proposals to clients and executives.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and experienced with CRM platforms.
