A respected Data Center and Building Automation contractor is seeking a BAS Application Engineer (Mid & Senior Level) in Dallas, TX. This role focuses on programming, integration, and commissioning of BAS systems for mission-critical and commercial facilities. Position Details:

• Title: BAS Application Engineer (Mid & Sr. Level)
• Location: Dallas, TX
• Compensation: $100K–$160K (DOE) + ~20% Bonus

Responsibilities:

• Develop and program BAS controllers and sequences of operation.
• Create BMS submittals, as-builts, and control drawings.
• Configure and integrate BACnet, Modbus, and TCP/IP systems.
• Provide remote support for project managers and field engineers.
• Commission control programs and verify overall system performance.
• Apply and enforce standardized engineering and programming practices.
• Coordinate controls integration with HVAC, MEP, and IT teams.
• Troubleshoot BAS networks, servers, and IoT devices.

Ideal Candidate:

• Experience as a BAS Application Engineer, Controls Technician, or related role.
• Proficiency with BAS programming and troubleshooting.
• Experience with multiple BAS platforms; Tridium Niagara is a plus.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills across teams.
