This role focuses on business development, client solution design, and managing the full sales cycle for BAS and mission-critical projects.

Position Details:
- Title: BAS Controls Sales
- Location: Salt Lake City, UT
- Compensation: $125K–$375K OTE (Base + Commission)

Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop BAS solutions for clients across diverse industries.
- Conduct site audits and facility performance assessments.
- Create solution scopes aligned with ROI and performance targets.
- Present proposals and sales strategies to client executives and decision-makers.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting through contract negotiations.
- Build, track, and manage a pipeline to achieve annual quota goals.
- Collaborate with internal engineering and project delivery teams for deal execution.
- Develop and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships.
Ideal Candidate:
- Proven experience in BAS, HVAC, or energy solutions sales.
- Strong knowledge of building automation systems and integration practices.
- Successful track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Experience selling into mission-critical or data center environments is a plus.
- Goal-oriented and highly motivated to drive business growth.
