- Title: BAS Controls Sales

- Compensation: $125K–$375K OTE (Base + Commission)

Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop BAS solutions tailored to client needs.
- Conduct site audits and facility performance assessments.
- Create solution scopes aligned with ROI and performance goals.
- Present proposals and strategies to client decision-makers.
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through contract negotiations.
- Develop, track, and manage a sales pipeline to achieve annual quota.
- Collaborate with internal engineering and delivery teams to support execution.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Ideal Candidate:
- Proven background in BAS, HVAC, or energy solutions sales.
- Strong knowledge of building automation and integration practices.
- History of meeting or exceeding sales targets and quotas.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Experience with mission-critical or data center clients is a plus.
- Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and client-focused.
