This role is focused on identifying opportunities, creating client solutions, and driving the full sales cycle for BAS and mission-critical projects.

- Compensation: $125K–$375K OTE (Base + Commission)

Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop BAS solutions tailored to client needs.
- Conduct site audits and assess facility performance.
- Create solution scopes aligned with ROI and performance targets.
- Present proposals and sales strategies to client decision-makers.
- Manage the full sales cycle, including prospecting, proposals, and contract negotiations.
- Build, track, and manage a sales pipeline to meet annual quota goals.
- Collaborate with internal engineering and project delivery teams to ensure success.
- Maintain and grow strong long-term relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Ideal Candidate:
- Proven experience in BAS, HVAC, or energy solutions sales.
- Strong knowledge of building automation and integration practices.
- Successful track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Experience with mission-critical or data center clients is a plus.
- Self-motivated, goal-driven, and client-focused professional.
