About the Opportunity:
A leading mechanical, building automation, and energy solutions company is seeking a
BAS Project Sales Representative in Denver, CO.
This role is focused on selling directly to end users such as facility directors and building owners,
with responsibility for driving and sustaining business across building automation service, retrofits, and upgrades.
The position offers a strong base salary, lucrative commission potential, vehicle allowance, and excellent benefits.

- Commissions: OTE $150,000–$200,000 (first year)

- Experience: 5–7 years preferred (must have end-user sales experience)

Responsibilities:
- Develop and prospect new clients within the building automation industry.
- Sell directly to facility directors, property managers, building engineers, and executive-level customers.
- Manage accounts including calls, job walks, estimations, proposals, and sales packages.
- Promote energy saving measures and efficiency strategies for HVAC and lighting systems.
- Oversee Client Service Agreements and provide pricing for retrofits or repairs.
- Attend consultation and review meetings with clients to deliver solutions.
- Maintain strong customer relationships and build new client partnerships.
- Present technical and financial benefits of BAS solutions to decision-makers.
Ideal Candidate:
- Proven experience in BAS project sales or related role.
- Strong understanding of HVAC equipment, BAS system design, and sequence of operations.
- Demonstrated ability to sell to end users (not manufacturer reps or distribution sales).
- Skilled in business development, account management, and client relationship building.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
