We’re hiring a Controls Low Voltage Installer to support the installation, calibration, and service of HVAC/DDC systems and building automation technologies in the St. Cloud area. Position Details:

• Title: Controls Low Voltage Installer
• Location: St. Cloud, MN
• Hourly Rate: $24.00–$45.00 (DOE)
• Status: Full-Time | 40 Hours/Week | Project-Based Travel

Ideal Candidate:

• 2+ years of experience in controls, low voltage, or HVAC system installation
• High school diploma or equivalent
• PLT license or unlicensed PLT registration required (or willingness to obtain within 90 days)
• Familiar with Honeywell and Trane controls systems
• Comfortable working with DDC controllers, analog/digital components, sensors, relays, and BAS diagrams

Key Responsibilities:

• Install and modify HVAC/DDC system hardware per specifications
• Test, calibrate, and repair low-voltage and electronic equipment
• Interpret control diagrams and manufacturer specifications
• Provide technical support to end users and building owners on installed systems
• Plan layouts and assist in system installations based on project designs
• Troubleshoot issues and determine causes of malfunction or system failures
• Support development of preventative maintenance schedules
• Perform emergency repairs as needed

Compensation & Benefits:

• Pay: $24.00–$45.00/hour (DOE)
