The Role
We are seeking a licensed Journeyman Electrician to join the Fargo branch. This role is focused on the installation and maintenance of sophisticated building automation and security systems. You will work with industry-leading platforms, including Schneider Electric EcoStruxure.
Key Responsibilities
System Installation: Install, troubleshoot, and maintain low-voltage and line-voltage components for building automation systems (BAS), HVAC controls, and integrated security solutions.
Technical Execution: Read and interpret architectural, electrical, and mechanical drawings to ensure systems meet client specifications.
Collaboration: Partner with technical teams to identify site-specific needs and develop value-driven solutions for clients.
Compliance: Ensure all electrical work meets local and state codes within the North Dakota market.
Qualifications
Licensure: Must hold a valid Journeyman Electrician license in the state of North Dakota.
Technical Aptitude: Ability to interpret complex drawings and understand the "inputs and outputs" of mechanical systems.
Experience: Previous experience in building automation, HVAC controls, or security systems (Surveillance, Access Control) is preferred.
Coachability: A strong desire to learn; the company is willing to train the right person on specialized control platforms.
