Compensation & Benefits:
- Hourly Pay: $28.00 – $42.00/hr (Based on Experience)

Key Responsibilities:
- Service and maintain fire alarm, access control, and nurse call systems
- Troubleshoot and perform scheduled maintenance on security/life safety systems
- Complete small system installations and program new equipment as needed
- Set up monitoring accounts and document work performed
- Respond to and resolve technical issues in a timely and professional manner
- Track all service time and parts usage through the company CRM system
- Provide on-site training and technical support to clients as required
Ideal Candidate:
- 5+ years of experience as a Service Technician or in a similar role
- Strong troubleshooting ability for complex low-voltage systems
- Skilled in fire alarms, access control, and nurse call systems
- Excellent time management and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage daily travel schedule
- Clean background check and drug screen required
