Compensation & Benefits:

• Hourly Pay: $28.00 – $42.00/hr (Based on Experience)

Key Responsibilities:

• Service and maintain fire alarm, access control, and nurse call systems
• Troubleshoot and perform scheduled maintenance on security/life safety systems
• Complete small system installations and program new equipment as needed
• Set up monitoring accounts and document work performed
• Respond to and resolve technical issues in a timely and professional manner
• Track all service time and parts usage through the company CRM system
• Provide on-site training and technical support to clients as required

Ideal Candidate:

• 5+ years of experience as a Service Technician or in a similar role
• Strong troubleshooting ability for complex low-voltage systems
• Skilled in fire alarms, access control, and nurse call systems
• Excellent time management and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage daily travel schedule
• Clean background check and drug screen required
