• Title: Fire Alarm Project Manager

• Schedule: Monday – Friday

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary: $75,000 – $130,000 (Based on Experience)

Key Responsibilities:

• Review project plans and specifications to develop procedures, schedules, and resource requirements
• Lead project startup activities, including team assembly and initial planning
• Procure tools, equipment, and materials to align with construction timelines
• Oversee supervisors and subcontractors to ensure coordination and avoid delays
• Manage resolution of workforce and jobsite issues through effective supervision
• Inspect construction activities for quality control and timeline adherence
• Monitor project progress, labor hours, and adjust schedules based on reporting data
• Ensure environmental compliance across all project activities
• Handle billing, track change orders, and manage client payments
• Develop and maintain project schedules, safety compliance, and financial forecasting
• Build strong client relationships and support new business development efforts

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
• 5+ years of relevant experience in the fire alarm/fire protection industry
• Proficiency with Microsoft Project and/or Suretrak
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
