- Salary: $75,000 – $130,000 (Based on Experience)

Key Responsibilities:
- Review project plans and specifications to develop procedures, schedules, and resource requirements
- Lead project startup activities, including team assembly and initial planning
- Procure tools, equipment, and materials to align with construction timelines
- Oversee supervisors and subcontractors to ensure coordination and avoid delays
- Manage resolution of workforce and jobsite issues through effective supervision
- Inspect construction activities for quality control and timeline adherence
- Monitor project progress, labor hours, and adjust schedules based on reporting data
- Ensure environmental compliance across all project activities
- Handle billing, track change orders, and manage client payments
- Develop and maintain project schedules, safety compliance, and financial forecasting
- Build strong client relationships and support new business development efforts
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years of relevant experience in the fire alarm/fire protection industry
- Proficiency with Microsoft Project and/or Suretrak
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
