Position Details:

• Title: Sr. Schneider Electric BAS Programmer
• Location: Multiple high-profile sites (travel may be required)
• Status: Full-Time | Hourly + Overtime

Compensation & Benefits:

• Pay: $62.00 – $85.00/hour + Overtime
• Company Vehicle or $750/month Car Allowance

Key Responsibilities:

• Program and configure Schneider Electric BAS platforms (EcoStruxure, Andover Continuum, etc.)
• Design control algorithms and user-friendly front-end interfaces
• Develop and deploy applications using standard libraries or custom code
• Modify sequences of operation and provide advanced troubleshooting
• Configure alarms, schedules, and trend logs for building systems
• Integrate third-party devices and protocols (BACnet, Modbus, LON, etc.)
• Independently manage assigned projects and coordinate with field teams
• Commission, test, and troubleshoot mechanical and BAS systems onsite
• Collaborate with IT departments and external vendors to ensure system interoperability
• Provide mentoring to junior automation technicians and HVAC controls specialists
