About the Opportunity:
A leading fire life safety and security systems integrator is seeking a skilled Healthcare Project Manager to oversee projects across Southern California, with a primary focus on Los Angeles, Orange County, and the Inland Empire. This position plays a critical role in managing installations and upgrades for fire alarm and security systems within healthcare environments—ensuring compliance with industry standards and client expectations.
Position Details:
- Title: Healthcare Project Manager
- Location: Based in Rancho Cucamonga, CA
- Territory: Inland Empire, Orange County, Los Angeles County
- Work Type: Project Management – Fire Alarm and Security Systems
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple healthcare-related projects ranging from $10K to $3M
- Lead installation and upgrade efforts for fire alarm and integrated security systems
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including engineering, field technicians, and vendors
- Ensure compliance with healthcare-specific codes such as HCAI/OSHPD
- Provide field support, technical leadership, and guidance to installation teams
- Track project timelines, budgets, and material procurement
- Maintain a strong client-facing presence and professional communication throughout the project lifecycle
Ideal Candidate:
- Proven experience managing fire/life safety or security system projects within healthcare facilities
- Strong understanding of project scheduling, system integration, and healthcare protocols
- Familiarity with or certified in EST3, EST4, Lenel, Amag, or Avigilon systems
- Well-versed in local and state compliance regulations for healthcare construction
- Excellent communication, team leadership, and client coordination skills
Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary: $98,000 – $125,000 (Depending on Experience)
