Position Details:

• Title: Project Manager – BAS Controls
• Location: San Diego, CA
• Salary: $100,000–$120,000 DOE + Bonus (approx. $10,000–$15,000)
• Status: Full-Time | 50% Field / 50% Office or Remote

Ideal Candidate:

• 3–15+ years of experience managing Building Automation or DDC projects
• Strong technical understanding of BAS system needs and operations
• PMP Certification is a plus, but not required

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage project scope, timeline, and milestones across multiple BAS installations
• Oversee subcontractor performance and manpower scheduling
• Handle budgeting, financial forecasting, and change orders
• Coordinate with internal teams including operations, engineering, superintendents, and union foremen
• Provide on-site oversight as needed (50% travel within metro area)
