Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary: $90,000 – $120,000 (Flexible based on experience)

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead planning, coordination, and execution of controls projects from kickoff to commissioning
- Collaborate with foremen and superintendents to organize and direct project activities
- Review construction drawings, specifications, and controls submittals
- Manage schedules, budgets, labor allocation, materials, and subcontractors
- Oversee change orders, documentation, and project cost tracking
- Conduct site walks, safety briefings, and commissioning meetings
- Serve as the main point of contact for project stakeholders and internal teams
- Provide accurate project forecasting and reporting
Ideal Candidate:
- Experience as a Controls Project Manager or similar HVAC/BAS leadership role
- Strong technical understanding of building automation systems and construction project lifecycles
- Excellent communication, scheduling, and leadership skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
- Capable of managing multiple projects and teams simultaneously
