Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary: $90,000 – $120,000 (Flexible based on experience)

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead planning, coordination, and execution of controls projects from kickoff to commissioning
• Collaborate with foremen and superintendents to organize and direct project activities
• Review construction drawings, specifications, and controls submittals
• Manage schedules, budgets, labor allocation, materials, and subcontractors
• Oversee change orders, documentation, and project cost tracking
• Conduct site walks, safety briefings, and commissioning meetings
• Serve as the main point of contact for project stakeholders and internal teams
• Provide accurate project forecasting and reporting

Ideal Candidate:

• Experience as a Controls Project Manager or similar HVAC/BAS leadership role
• Strong technical understanding of building automation systems and construction project lifecycles
• Excellent communication, scheduling, and leadership skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
